We specialized in are strong starts, out of the box speed and the quickest acceleration in town. We are the only indoor facility dedicated to speed. Our students develop quicker first steps, acceleration and top end speed (field training). Our runway is equipped with laser timing and a speed grid to best monitor and measurable performances which maximizes the results.
elastic / reactive / overspeed training
The key to running really fast is the use of elastic strength development which training the body to use it's force quickly therefore resulting in the release of power. To accomplish this students will learn various forms of overspeed training, a proven method used to naturally boost the body's ability to produce and reduce forces considering reactive power.
dynamic / functional / sling training

The HP Anchor Gym concept offers a compact, safe and supper effective power training.
force (absolute strength )
Force development is a premium when it comes to speed. For every ounce of speed "added to force" equals a pound of speed in terms of physical performance. The keyword here is added "to force" meaning force must exist in the body in order for power and speed to exist. For this reason, we focus our students on safely developing as much force as possible, offering intro weight lifting to advanced power lifting techniques.
